A lovely dog friendly cottage. No worries with letting my dog out into the garden - completely secure, although advisable to have your dog on the lead before exiting the front gate as unfortunately a few cars do speed along the little road in front of the cottage. Loads to do in the area for all age groups. Can't comment on the local pubs as didn't end up using them. I did notice that the ferry at Reedham had a special price for 10 trips. Might be worth considering if staying and travelling around the area for a couple of weeks. Overall I couldn't fault my stay at Yare cottage-so much so I will be returning again next year, but this time for 2 weeks!

A lovely cottage in a beautiful setting - the view over the river is just stunning. Two dog friendly pubs with excellent food very close by. I highly recommend this cottage for a comfortable, relaxing break.

we thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay at Yare Cottage. Our little westie settled very quickly. The views of the boats on the Broad right across the road were lovely to watch and views of the countryside beyond very relaxing. We felt Yare Cottage is good value for money and Tony, our contact was very helpful and came out to us within the hour when we had a slight problem with one of the door locks. Comfortable and pleasant cottage with everything we needed.

We have an amazing family holiday at yare cottage. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment, the lounge very comfortable and the bedrooms were very nice. Couldn't find a better location right by the river, great fishing at a lake just a few minutes away. The neighbours were very friendly too answering questions about local beaches and attractions. I would 100% recommend the local fish and chip shop too! We would return to yare cottage in a heartbeat, it is located so you can easily get to many beaches and other places along the broads and coast. Fantastic holiday!

We had a great time at Yare Cottage watching the boats go by. We had a welcoming pack for breakfast which was very nice. With two pubs a walk away its very handy no one has to drive. The area is very relaxing and the kids enjoyed it.
