The accommodation was great for two adults and two dogs, the enclosed garden makes the place ideal for dogs. The location was perfect for us with family in the area.

Lovely and clean little place decent size for two people. Only problem we had was the property was in the owners back garden. So if you don’t mind being over looked and having to deal with the owners everyday then this is a perfect little spot. If you was to be left alone and not being watched by the owners then I’d suggest looking elsewhere

Response on behalf of the Owner; Thank you for your kind feedback, the cottage is private and the only reason we went down to the property as we were concerned when we saw flames coming from the garden. We love guests to enjoy their holiday and respect their privacy.

We had a lovely stay and Rustington is a really good place to be to visit the surrounding area. It has a variety of shops and food places a short walk away. Ben was a most gracious host, thanks for the biscuits etc. We would love to return and explore even more of the area. The lodge is ideal for dogs as there is a lovely enclosed garden. We were very lucky with the weather and sat outside several times. A Wi-Fi connection would enhance the experience as most people, even us oldies, like to use the Internet.

All acceptable with the exception of WiFi connection which kept dropping out. The only other downside was the discovery of heavy staining on the duvet and pillows when we stripped the bed. Not nice to realise I had slept on that for a week. Folks you can buy a new duvet and pillows for practically nothing

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the Owner; The Wi-Fi is intermittent in the property and for that reason we don’t advertise it. You can get connection in the garden though. With regard to the duvet, it had been cleaned but unfortunately a stain hadn’t come out. It has been replaced now and the bedding will be carefully checked in future to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

Perfect accommodation for me and my dog. Cosy and well equipped in a central village location yet still quiet.
