The cottage was beautiful. We loved the layout of the house. The weather wasn’t great but the wood burner and stack of games were perfect for a wet November weekend. The garden was a dream for our two dogs and we are already looking at dates to come back. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. The house was immaculate:)

This cottage claims it has a garden for dogs. Yes it has a lovely garden which is gated off for the owners' use leaving a tiny area covered in stones for guest dogs. So disappointing. It would have been lovely to actually sit out in the garden ourselves as the weather was sunny during our stay - there were a table and chairs in that area but they were dirty and overhanging shrubbery needs pruning.

Lovely place to stay for visiting Halesworth and surrounding area. Didn’t find the layout suited our dog as the living room is upstairs. The outside spiral staircase down to the garden were unsuitable for our dog to use independently. There are alternative stairs down to the bedrooms inside and they are fine.
