Private off road parking for 3 cars. No smoking.
In the sitting room, a fireplace with wood burner forms a focal point for the triple aspect room which can comfortably accommodate 7 people. The spacious kitchen diner features a granite breakfast bar making meal preparation a sociable occasion. The utility/boot room is a great practical space with plenty of room for coats, boots, shoes and a dog bed. Located in a quiet location in the centre of the village. The cottage offers stunning views overlooking fields that house horses and Elsie the donkey. The cottage forms an ideal base from which to explore the Lincolnshire Wolds.
Outside there is a table and 6 chairs for al fresco eating. Please note: that the area around the cottage is fenced and mowed, but until recently it formed part of the field. It will not be landscaped or have a designated patio area until Autumn 2026.
