The city of Wells with its cathedral and Bishops Palace is within a 20-minute drive, as are The Royal Bath and West Showground at Shepton Mallet and Wookey Hole Caves. The Fleet Air Museum at Yeovilton and Cheddar Gorge are approximately a 30-minute drive. For retail therapy, the factory outlet centre of Clarks Village in Street is a 20-minute drive away. Good accommodation for family get together. Only one toilet and bathroom but wasn't really a problem. Stairs were very steep so only for the young and nimble. Again, not really a problem. WiFi was up and down so perhaps router needs changing. Very homely though and nice touch with milk and biscuits on arrival.

I loved the overall appearance of the cobbles. There was lots of parking space, the open plan living dining and kitchen area was really nice. The bedroom was nice but the double bed mattress needs replacing, far to soft and springy. The bathroom was nice and the shower had fantastic pressure! The kitchen was very well equipped. They had a games cupboard which was a added bonus. There was a good selection of books to. The Wi-Fi wasn't to clever but the kids were happy. Dog bowls and towels supplied for the dog which was a lovely touch:) when we arrived there was biscuits, tea , coffee, sugar and milk waiting for us thank you :)

Beautiful cottage in a stunning setting away from all the hustle and bustle of Glastonbury, but within easy reach of it. Very comfortable and cosy cottage with everything you could possibly need. The weather was great during our stay so we made use of the gorgeous patio.

Good cottage but poor mattresses. Would stay again if the mattresses were more comfortable.
