Very lovely clean well kept cottage in a very nice area. The only problem we had was that we picked this cottage because it said it had WiFi access however the signal was so poor that we couldn’t use it

Great place. Very well quipped and lovely clean, spacious rooms with en suite and family bathroom; amazing views, near to our relatives - long bumpy track to get to the cottage and not much around in the immediate vicinity- but that was fine as we were seeing family. Plenty of places to eat in nearby Kinross. Looks like there would have been some nice places to walk locally, but the weather wasn’t good enough to try. Selection of teas and coffee AND milk in the fridge when we arrived - always a plus AND a bottle of wine too- even more of a plus. Main down side was the patchy internet- which wasn’t great having a teenager with us! But nevertheless we would stay there again.

A lovely home from home in a peaceful surrounding. Only negative is the uneven farm track access way. Fine if you have a 4 x 4.
