We love this house! It was a second time staying and it just felt like home as soon as we walked in the door. The village is beautiful, with a fabulous butchers, village store, and pub all on the doorstep. Definitely recommend a stay here.

We had a lovely time. Thank you. Chloe the house keeper was very kind in facilitating my mother ensuring arrangements for my very elderly grandmother were going to be suitable.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at White Horse Cottage. We went as a huge family and there was plenty of room for all of us. The house is very well equipped, especially for young families (cot, highchair, stair gate all available). The garden is gorgeous and there is plenty of parking space. The local village shop and but butchers next door mean that you can easily get the basics if you need them but it's only a short journey to a larger supermarket if needed. There's so much to do in the local area too. I'd highly recommend this cottage to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

We had a fantastic time at the cottage. There were 3 families with 5 kids in total between 6 months and 4 years old. The cottage was really well equipped for this and there is lots to do in the area. We're thinking about returning meet year.

We celebrated my wife's 70th birthday with our family 4 adults two 10 year old children. The Cottage was great, well equipped and spacious. The weather was good and the garden proved an added attraction for both children and adults alike. Worth going to the butchers next door if you are planning a barbeque. Good breakfast in local store and local pub good with nice beer garden. The area was interesting Petersfield worth a visit for outdoor pool and lake area. Would consider returning here.

A well appointed cottage in a great location. The well stocked village store was a few hundred yards away, and were so helpful.

White Horse Cottage is very spacious, well equipped and located close to amenities making it a great place for large group holidays. The beds were very comfy and the large garden was secure for our dog to roam around in. No one banged their head on the low beams either! The cottage was quite cold on arrival and took a day to get up to a comfortable temperature but that was probably due to it being winter and may not have been occupied prior to our stay.

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the Owner; Thanks for the feedback - sorry the house was chilly when you arrived. This was an oversight on our part as the heating normally has been put on for guest’s arrival to ensure the house is cosy warm. Glad you enjoyed the rest of your stay.
