We did enjoy our stay at wheatsheaf cottage. This is the third visit, and we did find the cottage very dusty. They did not provide a vaccuum cleaner as stated, and very little cleaning materials.

You did not tell us that building works were taking place directly outside the cottage. The owners were surprised we were not aware. Both owners and builders were as considerate as they could but they were still there.

A very good cottage for two people. Close to York and not far from Harrogate so access to God's Own County is good.

Good location for park and ride into York. Nice fresh eggs from a nearby farm. Cottage was cosy, nice big bath and shower. Plenty of space for a couple. Thank you for the use of Netflix - nice little bonus.
