We have stayed at Wendover for the past 10 years or so. It suits our needs perfectly as we are a family of Walkers, Non-Walkers and children. It is close to the amenities of Keswick for the non-walkers, close enough for the northern and central fells fo the walkers and close to an excellent park for the children. The property is spacious enough for the family. Parking can be a problem but is managable by securing a parking spot when the day visitors have left. If necessary parking can be found within reasonable walking distance

Brilliant location so close to the town,the property could do with updating a little,better bedding and towels and just a few more modern touches but overall I would definitely book this property again.

Went as a family of 4 adults so used all 4 bedrooms which was great. Attic bath and shower difficult to use for older people. Property could do with a bit of garden maintenance. All agreed we would stay again at some time bringing our dog .
