Lovely location and cottage, the only downside is the sofas, in need of replacing for something much firmer.

Love staying in the cottage but looking a bit tired. Could be cleaner and furniture/mattresses need replacing.

Wonderful place to spend your holiday. We had warm sunny weather and together with our dog, Charlie, enjoyed visiting lots of local places including the Donkey Sanctuary. The cottage is in an ideal place for some peace and quiet and walks along the South West Coastal path.

A lovely cottage in a unique woodland setting - very peaceful. Would recommend to anyone seeking a restful holiday, with lots of local amenities within a mile at Lyme Regis. Only a couple of minor niggles - the bed was a bit firm for us, windows dirty (shown up by the bright sunshine) and side table very dusty. Otherwise a very well equipped property in a league of its own.
