This is a great cottage and a lovely rural location. We stayed here without access to a car and it was perfect for us - a 20-minute walk along the SWCP into Lyme Regis for the beach, amenities and such. We did that walk pretty much every day with a 5-year-old and a 76-year-old. Fair to say that we're into that kind of thing, so it might not be for everyone. The bus stop is just up the road at Ware Cross for journeys further afield. One can also get around on bikes easily from here, but it is uphill on the way home from Lyme. The accommodation is very spacious in terms of living and eating - all open plan and high ceilings. There is also outside seating and a BBQ plus all the facilities one would expect. Two bathrooms is also a nice feature. Highly recommended.

A lovely cottage in a very quiet setting approx. 3/4 mile from Lyme Regis. The cottage is very spacious with two good sized bedrooms with two bathrooms. The only negative point which has been mentioned previously is the very saggy and uncomfortable sofas.

Nicely situated but not a five star , needs some new furniture and a welcome hamper would have been a nice touch ,luckily we also read recent feed back and we managed to get in some groceries prior to arrival , the second bathroom didn't have any shower just the bath ! , but nice location and quiet .
