Lovely place and good location if you have a car. Would go back, good layout for a family/families, hosts in contact so reassuring but didn't need anything! Thank you

On arrival my granddaughter and myself spent the first 20 minutes vacuuming a mass of dusty cobwebs from the fireplace, walls and room furniture (she hates spiders) The bed mattresses we found very uncomfortable as was the settee in the lounge, the older members of the party finding it extremely difficult to get up from. We found the property was below the standard expected, or have previously experienced from a holiday rental, let alone for the high cost paid for this one week. We were however blessed with a perfect week of weather and enjoyed the stunning coast and countryside of Pembrokeshire, all in all we had a great holiday

we had a fantastic trip over the Easter long weekend (and was lucky to enjoy some amazing summer weather) ..... we used the "lodge" as a great central spot to undertake our various trips including to the wonderful nearby beaches ... needed the car but this suited us fine ... the place itself is very charming and was incredibly spacious and roomy .... with a huge living room and rooms ... the only improvement we would have recommended would be to replace the mattresses with firmer options as they we too soft for us. Great stay and would be happy to come back again ...
