Why Us?

Description

Ty Clyd sure is cosy but if you can tear yourselves away then there are plenty of beautiful places to visit during your stay.

All on ground floor: Living/dining room with French doors. Kitchen. 1 double bedroom. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

Electric heaters, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Freeview TV. DVD. Stereo/CD. Microwave. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Fridge/freezer. Enclosed garden with terrace and furniture. Barbecue. Parking. Cycle store. Welcome pack. No smoking.

Enjoying lovely countryside views and a delightfully relaxing ambience, this immaculate little cottage, whose name translates as ‘cosy house’, is a gem. Quietly set on the owners’ smallholding, it sits in the heart of Pembrokeshire, equidistant from the glorious beaches of the west and south coasts – Broadhaven, Newgale, Saundersfoot and Poppit are all about 15 miles. Walking in the local Preseli Hills, visiting the gardens of Aberglasney and the National Botanic Gardens or indulging at a local cheese or chocolate producer are all readily available as are sea trips, riding, surfing and the family attractions of Oakwood and Blue Lagoon, both about 5 miles. Excellent cycling, fishing and sailing at Llys-y-Fran reservoir, 3 miles. Shop and pub 0.5 miles.

Lovely property in a very good, central location. Access to Preseli Hills and all parts of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path is ideal. David and Leslie gave a very warm welcome on arrival. The cottage is most charming, and was lovely to return to each day after being out and about enjoying the scenery.

A lovely little place which was well equipped (even down to having a dishwasher). Couple of things that let it down which is a shame but we are being honest. As soon as we opened the front door it smelt damp and whilst in it, felt damp. Also the bathroom as nice as it was needed a shower cubicle rather than a bath as the water went everywhere when using the overhead shower( the water wasn't very warm either). We don't want to put future visitors off but these points if rectified would make this place even nicer.
