Beach ½ mile. Shop 100 yards, pub and restaurant 5 miles.

Ground floor: Living room. Dining room. Kitchen. First floor: 2 double bedrooms (one 5ft). Shower room with toilet.

Without a doubt one of the best holidays my partner and I could have wished for! We stayed there from the 6th-13th July, with my father in law and his partner, and our little dog Smudge. The views are spectacular and the hosts Hans & Jack's (Jackie) even more so. We were made to feel more than welcome from the moment the keys were handed over. The local beach is practically on the door step for an early morning/late evening walk - this is definitely worth a visit. Local amenities are literally a 2 minute walk, and some of the worlds prettiest beaches are all within driving distance. We could not have wished for a better holiday; and we cannot be more grateful to Hans & Jacks for their help with a few troubles we had with our car :( which did not even impact on the experience of the overall time we had in Wales. Great place, amazing hosts and definitely worth the 10/10 that we have given. We are booking as soon as we can for 2019!!

We have just returned for a lovely week at Ty Capel Gosen. The weather was glorious (in fact too hot at over 30 degrees some days) so that helped. The cottage remained cool and inviting throughout the heatwave due to the stone walls. It is very comfortable and clean and the owners, who live next door, are friendly and helpful but not intrusive. There is a local shop which is just a minute's walk away and is quite well stocked. There is also a small post office down the next street and a 'pub/club' which we didn't sample but which the hosts said was quite welcoming. Parking was round the back and easy. We loved the log fire stove in the evenings. The cottage was a good location for getting out and about on the Lleyn Peninsula.

Great position, friendly owners and really comfortable cottage. The position couldn’t have been better for us - walking distance to the picturesque harbour and good cliff top walks whilst being convenient to most of Lleyn

Very nice cottage, slept 3 of us comfortably. Great size table for meals, playing games etc, with table outside where we relaxed with a drink after a day's walking Snowdon. Owners very pleasant and helpful, greeted us on arrival & showed us around cottage, left milk in fridge for us. They provided lots of tips and useful info about the area too. Would stay there again.

Really nice well equipped cottage. It has a good combination of original features but also with a nice modern kitchen and bathroom. The owners couldn’t of been more helpful and made sure that we enjoyed our stay. There is plenty for children to do as the beach is only a short walk away and there is also a children’s play area close to the cottage.

A simply beautiful cottage in a lovely location. We had such a wonderful break just relaxing and walking. The hosts were magnificent and the cottage had everything you could wish for. My wife enjoyed playing with the huge fire which heats the whole house. Highly recommended.

Beautiful cottage and the owners were incredibly welcoming and helpful during our stay. Cottage is very well equipped and immaculate. Heating is reliant on the wood burner but heaters also given in bedrooms which was good. Logs for the burner are provided. Location was great for exploring the local areas, all need driving to but beautiful scenery all around so gorgeous drives in to see all these places. Plenty of larger supermarkets a drive away or a small shop is walking distance from the cottage. Gorgeous, quiet, pebble beach within walking distance which also has car park. Definitely recommended.

The owners are helpful and welcoming . Cottage has every thing you need and is spotless, You have to go further afield for anything other than a shop, but its a nice village with a small harbour. An enjoyable stay apart from the weather!
