There are plenty of beams which add character to this property. The beach is about a ½-mile away and Ty Capel Gosen makes a great base from which to explore the area, with Caernarfon with its mighty Edward I castle, and Welsh Highland Railway within easy reach, as is the beautiful Llyn Peninsula with a selection of glorious sandy beaches. A lovely cosy cottage situated in a small village. Walked to the sea in about 10 minutes and surrounded by mountains. Close to main roads so traveling around was not difficult. Excellent hosts. Lots of places to see. An excellent holiday.

You definitely need a car as it's quite isolated but you can get to anywhere you like on the Lleyn peninsula. Lot of walking involved, even if you have a car. Not recommended really for the elderly (like us) or the ones with mobility issues. The weather for us was fantastic and had no rain in Wales for the first time ever!

Lovely cottage very friendly helpful owners, not recommended for disabled travellers due to the stairs, but we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful part of Wales
