Birch Cottage is a welcoming four-bedroom cottage arranged over three floors, offering comfortable accommodation for families and groups. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room where guests can relax after a day exploring, along with a well-equipped kitchen/dining area with plenty of space for preparing and enjoying meals together.
The first floor has a family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, together with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. On the top floor there is a single bedroom and a family bedroom with a double and single bed, together with its own ensuite shower room.
Outside, guests can enjoy a shared garden to the rear of the cottage with outdoor seating and a charcoal BBQ, shared with neighbouring Ash Cottage.
A real highlight of your stay is the private leisure facilities at Twitchill Farm. One complimentary private Swim Only session in the indoor heated swimming pool is included with every stay, giving your group exclusive use of the pool during your booked session. Guests can also book private sessions in the sauna, steam room and plunge pool, or reserve additional swimming sessions if they wish to make the most of the facilities during their stay. All sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
The location is ideal for exploring the Peak District. A public footpath runs directly behind the property and leads up to Win Hill, giving easy access to some of the area’s most scenic walking routes. Walking, cycling, climbing and caving can all be enjoyed throughout the Hope Valley.
The nearby village of Hope has welcoming pubs, cafés and local shops, while Castleton, Ladybower Reservoir and many of the Peak District’s best-known attractions are within easy reach.
Birch Cottage and neighbouring Ash Cottage can also be booked together to accommodate up to 16 guests, making them ideal for larger families and groups wishing to stay together.
