Ash Cottage is a charming four-bedroom cottage arranged over three levels, offering comfortable accommodation for families and groups. On the ground floor there is a spacious living area, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the Peak District, alongside a well-equipped kitchen/dining room ideal for shared meals. The first floor has a family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, together with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. On the top floor there is a single bedroom and a family bedroom with a double and single bed, together with its own ensuite shower room. To the rear of the cottage is a shared garden with outdoor seating and a charcoal BBQ, shared with neighbouring Birch Cottage. A real highlight of your stay is the private leisure facilities at Twitchill Farm.
One complimentary private Swim Only session in the indoor heated swimming pool is included with every stay, giving your group exclusive use of the pool during your booked session. Guests can also book private sessions in the sauna, steam room and plunge pool, or reserve additional swimming sessions if they wish to make the most of the facilities during their stay. All sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Twitchill Farm is perfectly positioned for exploring the surrounding countryside. A footpath runs directly past the property, leading walkers up to Win Hill, one of the area’s most popular viewpoints. The surrounding landscape offers countless opportunities for walking, cycling, climbing and caving. The nearby village of Hope has welcoming pubs, cafés and local shops, while Castleton, Ladybower Reservoir and many of the Peak District’s best-known attractions are within easy reach. Ash Cottage and neighbouring Birch Cottage can also be booked together to accommodate up to 16 guests, making them ideal for larger families and groups wishing to stay together.
