Our second visit here.Took the dogs for a holiday by the sea.The house has had a bit of a facelift inside since our last visit, looking very nice. I think outside should have some attention now ,as the outside furniture is very tatty. The kitchen equipment could also do with an up grade as well. On the whole we really enjoyed our time and love the house because of its generous sized rooms, plenty of space. Well equipped for children with games etc, although we had none with us,it is an excellent family retreat. Great location, minutes to the sea and all amenities of Sutton. No doubt we will be back.

This is very spacious accommodation which smelt clan as soon as yu walked in and certainly was clean. Rubbish bins were overflowing but this was rectified within an hour of reporting it. Location is very close to the beach and local butcher and baker very close (and recommended). Hotel across the road good for Sunday carvery.

Loved house and location, garden not completely enclosed ,small wall between adjoining property which my 2dogs could easily jump which ment we could not leave door open so they could come and go,also unable to sit out and enjoy the Autumn sunshine unless we kept dogs on lead which was no fun for them but we still had a lovely time.

Excellent accomodation for a long weekend. Only problem is that the oven was hard to work, didnt always work and not all rings on the top worked so quite hard when trying to cook breakfast or dinner.

Lovely holiday, 2 minutes walk from beach and we were lucky enough to get a beach hut. The house was easy to find and there was plenty of parking. The house had everything although there was only 1 of each item which meant washing up between every meal. 2 reception rooms meant we were able relax in the evening with the children enjoying the television and the adults enjoying the peace and quiet!
