Comfortable cottage, well provisioned except for lack of heating in 2nd bedroom. Otherwise very good. Ideal location. Great area to visit - we know it well, having relatives living on Portland, so being frequent visitors. However, this was the first time we actually stayed on Portland.

The location of the house was really good, but unfortunately as soon as we opened the front door we were welcomed with a sting smell of damp, the bathroom walls were showing signs of damp, wallpaper hanging off the bathroom wall, the bedroom was very comfortable, as this was the only comfortable room in the house, the living room just need some major TLC!!, a new sofa wouldn’t go a miss and the whole house needs decorating from top to bottom

Really love cottage, excellent position close to the coastal path and local shop and pub. Cottage a little chilly in January but fab heater in the main living room and portable heater for elsewhere. Otherwise excellent facilities and beautifully clean. Great for dog owners too!!

It is a lovely house , with everything you would need in it . When we were there the hot water wasn’t working, but had an electric shower. It was warm enough but the heating would not be enough in very cold weather.
