Good sized accommodation for 2 families, conveniently located for shops and access to outdoor activities. Our only suggestions for the cottage would be to upgrade the bathrooms and have somewhere to be able to dry 8 sets of boots and waterproofs!

The house is lovely and had plenty of space, facilities and equipment for our family group of 6 adults and 3 dogs. The location is fantastic! Dog owners should be aware, however, that the garden isn't fenced, which really isn't ideal. The outside area is quite spacious, and it would be relatively easy to fence off a section for dogs to use.

Trem yr Ynys was a perfect house for a Mountaineering group to Snowdonia. Spacious, clean, easy parking. Would highly recommend it.

Really lovely and roomy cottage which we booked for the second year running for 2 families for the February half term holiday. Only comment would be that it would benefit from a few more cooking utensils and large cooking pans/dishes given that the cottage sleeps 8.

We had a great time in Trem Yr Ynys. A lovely property right by the river. It is also close to the road but none of us had any problem with sleeping or were disturbed by noise in the day. Very well-equipped kitchen made life easy. (But the ice compartment needs a clean). Lovely comfortable lounge, plenty of room there and round the dining table.
