What a lovely cottage, it has a commanding view of the harbour and outer jetty's, very clean, warm and cosy, a very comfortable bed, having stayed in numerous fishermen's cottages in Cornwall and Mevagissey we can say this is one of the best equipped we have enjoyed, we didn’t want for anything. The owners were very helpful and always there for any communication, the best recommendation we can give is that we will be booking this cottage again with pleasure. Many thanks.

We had an amazing stay at Tranquility Cottage. The stay sold itself as the location and area are beautiful. However what added to it were the hosts. They were helpful and friendly and full of information to ease any worries. They went over and above to make our stay a fantastic one. Would highly recommend to anyone!

The cottage was in an excellent location with views across the harbour but since it's situated on a cliff side access is difficult and you have to be fit carrying your cases from the harbour up the steep path. The equipment was very good and the dining area was rather dark so we dined out most of the time since there is plenty of choice within 200 yards. With the bathroom downstairs through the kitchen there were a few awkward moments between breakfast eaters and late bathroom users. I would recommend buying the car park ticket in advance from the harbour master for £35 it makes life easier.

The location of the cottage was simply superb for a magnificent view across the harbour and far beyond. It is a wonderful, charming, old fishing cottage that has been sympathetically modernised for all our modern day comforts. The local area is picturesque, with nature walks in abundance. Local dinning facilities, restaurants/pubs cater for most tastes.
