If peace and quiet is what you want this is your cottage. The cottage is so welcoming and cozy. Everything you need is there from fully equipped kitchen to a lovely open fire. The owner is so friendly and willing to help with any issues. The welcome gift of milk, wine and homemade cakes was very much appreciated. My dogs and I loved our week here and would definitely come back again. As there is no shops near by you definitely need a car x bring a starter pack of food.

Our 3rd stay at this lovely cottage. Ideal for a couple and also dog friendly. Well equipped and furnished, with an amazingly pretty enclosed garden which is a suntrap on a good day. Parking outside the cottage and good walks from the door. Excellent pub (Brownlow Arms) within 5 minute walk. Really peaceful and down a side lane, so no passing traffic. Expect a friendly welcome from the lovely owner.
