Stylish, spotless, superb snug cottage for two! Lovely local cafe and pubs. Handy for Norwich and the Broads. More like a home than a holiday cottage with lovely comfy sofa and bed and well equipped kitchen.

The furnishings and equipment were much better than we have found in other holiday cottages. The heating was very efficient once I had adjusted the timer (it was probably the first time the heating had been on for several months). The lockable outbuilding was very useful for safe storage of our tandem. Parking was sometimes a bit difficult near the cottage as others had taken all the spaces. Generally though it was a very comfortable and well equipped cottage near shops and pubs and well placed for exploring by car and on two wheels - lots of quiet lanes! And the welcome pack was very........welcome.

Really enjoyed our stay at Time Cottage. Coltishall is a good location to explore the Broads and the coast. When you get back after a day out there are 4 pubs within walking distance!

Beautiful cottage done to a very high standard with everything you could need. The only downside is that it is on a very busy noisy road and there is no parking.
