We booked for a 50th Birthday. It’s a lovely barn spacious and they have thought of everything you need. It is in the middle of nowhere. The pub is not in walking distance unless you want a 50 min walk there and back. However you don’t need to leave your barn if you don’t want. There is a lovely big hot tub and crazy golf on site. One bedroom downstairs the others upstairs. There is a toilet downstairs but no shower room unless you use the bedroom. We loved every minute of our stay and would recommend. The gate could do with being secured on both sides when you drive in as one swings back.

Such a lovely stay for a long weekend away! Couldn’t ask for anything more and the added extras such as tea and coffee and some little snacks were lovely to get there to after a long day at work! we wil definitely be back!

The cottage was amazing and there were lots of wows when we were looking around. All the little touches like toiletries, tea, coffee, milk and chocolates were very welcome. The hot tub was great and used every night. A car is essential as there is nothing in walking distance. The nearest pub is an hour's walk away. The two main bedrooms have walk in showers but the remaining bedrooms only have a bath which was a bit of an issue as when we used the hot tub we all had to shower so the other guests had to use our bedrooms. The main bedroom door upstairs would not close properly so we had to put a chair against it to prevent it opening during the night. There is a utility room next to the hot tub which would be an ideal place to have a shower cubicle. The crazy golf in the garden was a bit tired and broken but it was still fun to use and we loved the zip wire. Overall a fantastic getaway for a relaxing break. We had a Tesco food delivery the day after we arrived which saved us going to the shops.

Cottage certainly has the wow factor!!! with large rooms, ensuite bedrooms with walk in showers and even a walk in wardrobe, a family bathroom with freestanding bath. It is a truly lovely house which we would love to return to. Only pos negative is that a car and good sat nav are essential as cottage is on a farm in the middle of the countryside which is ok but nowhere near any pubs, shops or restaurants if that's what you need. We went out for days out and used the cottage as a base and was lovely to come back to and just chill we used the fully equipped kitchen diner to cook our own meals and played card games and watched tv. also has full wifi as we had no phone signal! also the hot tub proved popular with everyone as was the crazy golf in the front garden
