The cottage was excellent in every respect with particular mention of the very comfortable beds! I have reduced the location to an 9 as there's little opportunity for walking from the property due to an absence of any real footpaths and the road is narrow and twisty so a bit dodgy however we had some stunning walks on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path.

Woodpecker Cottage is a really good place to stay, especially if you like to take in the wildlife along the estuary. It was very well equipped, comfortable, warm and spacious. The only minor issues were, we needed to drive to a restaurant as there was nowhere to eat close by and the Friday to Friday booking meant that the roads were very busy travelling to and from our holiday. Overall, I would recommend Kingfisher as a place from which to visit Pembrokeshire - it met most of our needs and despite the minor whinges, if coming to Pembrokeshire in the future, would book again.

Cottage well located for exploring Pembrokeshire. However, the cleanliness was not up to scratch, and had quite clearly not been hoovered for some time, as dog hair under the doors and furniture and in the mats and rugs. A shower that leaked and a very warped floor in the hall. Washing machine was dirty and skirting boards. A patio door that doesn't open properly! Disappointing to come on holiday and have to clean the place!
