It’s the best equipped holiday cottage we’ve stayed in. Lovely enclosed garden for the dogs. The welcome pack was very much appreciated. Not a lot to do in the area though and it rained day after day unfortunately. The dogs loved Bacton Woods which is a short drive away. My only negative point about the cottage is that the shower curtain was a bit grubby. The local pub The Poacher’s Pocket and the Cafe Sugar and Spice both serve great food.

Comfortable cottage in a good location for us close to beach walks for the dog. Having a secure enclosed garden where we could relax with the dog off the lead was wonderful (never had it in any other cottage we have stayed in ).

Lovely warm and comfortable cottage. Wonderful welcome pack including homemade bread straight from the oven and new laid eggs from the owner's hens. Would certainly recommend it with the only proviso being rather steep steps both to the cottage and onto the beach. Not a problem for us but could be for people with mobility problems. Our dog loved the beach and the cottage is perfectly located to explore the northern area of Norfolk.

The Warren is a perfect place for a holiday. The cottage has everything you need, the welcome pack provided was amazing and the location is perfect, just near enough to explore but far enough tobe quiet.

If you want a get away then this is perfect. It's NOT for people who want night life, unless you like boats.

Spent a lovely few days at Christmas here and was so cosy and comfortable. The owner left a welcome pack that included festive mince pies and chocs and a bottle of enjoyable wine as well as the usual milk eggs and butter. The cottage was decorated with a few festive bits and a real tree in the lounge with lights on! We stayed 3 nights and there was enough logs and coal to last us . The owner seemed to have thought of everything for our stay for our stay and the cottage is equipped with everything for cooking , eating and drinking. The website does not state that there is a small freezer which came in very handy over xmas, the dishwasher was great too with tablets provided.Only negative was the bed not very comfortable but all in all would recommend this cottage especially at Christmas

Lovely situation for the beach. Turn left out of cottage and walk to end of sea wall; you can get down at that point. One of the better welcome packs with fresh bread, butter, eggs, milk, biscuits and chocolate plus the flowers. Cottage nice and warm. Enough fuel start up to last to Tuesday if used each night. All beds were comfortable - moved from double front room to back singles so had more room to move around the beds. Very nice to sit on sofa and view right through to back garden to see birds feeding. Husband did hit his head on low door entrance even though warned.

Entirely satisfied with everything - initially walking in to a warm house with smell of fresh bread and a log fire ready to go was very pleasing. We enjoyed every minute

Had a great holiday with our 3 dogs at the Warren. We had everything we needed, it was home from home. We were welcomed with table layed for tea, home made bread, freshly laid eggs. Milk & butter within. Excellent after a long trip. Nice garden which was safe for dogs. Lots of birds onto watch on the feeder, while having coffee.

Loved the cottage - on arrival the table was laid out for 4 adults with lovely blue and white matching china. Plus a home made loaf of bread, butter, fresh eggs and plenty of milk thank you Ali it was a lovely surprise. The dogs enjoyed the long walks along the beach. We would recommend this Cottage.
