Radiators need a complete over haul. Bedroom was quite chilly. living room heat was provided by log burner, which was cosy. Didn’t spoil our break at all though but feel the heating system would benefit from a service, or a halogen heater for the bedroom, for colder times of the year.

Bathroom and kitchen look tired...water stains on ceiling need attention..quick emulsion of walls would make a difference...but cosy homely feel making it a relaxing place to stay
