The historic house of Hellens Manor is located within Much Marcle; Eastnor Castle and Symmonds Yat are just a short drive away as are the historic market towns of Ledbury and Ross-on-Wye. Locally, there are many places of historical interest to visit, such as churches, stately homes and museums.
Outdoor activities in abundance will be found within the Forest of Dean, including canoeing, climbing, fishing, golf, horse riding and cycling.
Hereford, Malvern, Gloucester and Regency Cheltenham with its racecourse are all within easy driving distance.
