The property is excellent - spotlessly clean and contained everything you may need. The views of the Loch were amazing - so peaceful and relaxing.

Fridge still had food in from previous occupants, some out of date. Accommodation was very clean and tidy, plenty of room in all bedrooms. Facilities available in the accommodation were great.

My sisters and I spent a week at the Penthouse late May / early June. All in all we had a wonderful, relaxing holiday. The views from the Penthouse are to die for - you never tire of looking out of the window, or sitting out on the terrace - weather permitting of course. The terrace is actually bigger than it looks in the photos. The property was pretty impressive, very clean and had pretty much everything we needed - those things that it didn't have we left suggestions at the house. The beds were really comfy, the bathrooms were gorgeous and the kitchen very well set up There wasn't a great deal to do in the immediate area but that's par for the course in many Scottish properties. However if you're prepared to travel a little further afield there's much to see and occupy you. There's a co-op and a Morrisons a 15 /20 minute or so drive away and a selection of shops, bars and restaurants. We'd recommend the Lorne - we had a fantastic meal there and it was really good value for money too. The weather wasn't particularly kind to us but if you do get good weather the outside area to the rear and the gardens to the front are beautiful and again those fantastic views over the water. We were still able to relax and had a lovely holiday though. There were 4 of us altogether but I would suggest if there were more sitting in the lounge it may be a little challenging and not too comfortable for 1 - It would benefit from larger sofas to accommodate everyone more comfortably - I like to put my feet up in the evenings. Just a small gripe. Would happily recommend the Penthouse for a relaxing and peaceful break.
