Situated within the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, this luxury penthouse apartment is located at the waters edge and boasts stunning views over the Holy Loch and Firth of Clyde. The garden is south-facing, and it enjoys virtually all day sunlight. Surrounded by spectacular scenery, it provides an ideal base for those looking to relax or venture out and explore the areas history; standing stones, burial cairns and rock carvings abound. The deep glens and narrow sea lochs are typical of the west coast, and there you can find a huge selection of Scottish wildlife, such as red deer, roe deer, buzzards and golden eagles to name but a few. The town of Dunoon is within easy reach and has a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. Take a steamer cruise and explore the hills and lochs of the Cowal Peninsula, or there is an abundance of outdoor activities including sailing, sea fishing, windsurfing, quad biking, clay shooting and high speed pleasure rides on a rigid inflatable boat. Nearby, the magnificent woodland gardens at Benmore Botanic Gardens are well worth a visit. Shop 3 miles, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

    Spacious, very comfortable, stunning views, well equipped kitchen, modern roomy bathrooms, underfloor heating - toasty. Clean and everything works as it should. Really friendly neighbors underneath. Balcony overlooking the Holy Loch is a super place to relax. Short drive to two good supermarkets, all other essential facilities are reasonably close. Stunning scenery all around or within a short drive. A folder with information about location of local facilities and practical things like what the dustbin arrangements are would be welcome - but it’s a tiny gripe in the face of all the positives. Highly recommended if you want to chill out for a week or two. The best place we have stayed for many years.

    Thank you very much. We had a lovely week in the very cosy apartment. Perfect view! Great location. The beds were a little bit too narrow for two.

    overall very good, a "plus" is the good working central heating (we had some rainy days). All in all no real problems, but a technical check (water pressure of heating, fittings, lights) could be helpful

    Great holiday home, everything you need from a holiday let. Right on the side of the loch & beautiful views from the balcony. The pub is just a short walk away but doesn't open every day. Close to Benmore Gardens but an hours drive from Loch Lomond.

    One of the best properties we have every holidayed in. Perfect layout for families or friends sharing, with two bathrooms, one on each side, separated by the central lobby. And a beautiful loch view to enjoy from inside or on the balcony. Just brilliant!

    The cottage could be a treasure (wunderfull views), but it should be refurbished in parts. Cleaness in kitchen and bathrooms was not acceptable. No visitor information about the cottage provided.
