The cottage was very comfortable in terms of beds and sofas. It was difficult to walk to the pub as there are no footpaths on the road. We particularly enjoyed the tennis court. The little hamper of food was very good, but we had to get a few things in we would have expected to be provided like salt and pepper and dried herbs. This may have been down to covid but feel should be provided now. A bbq would have been appreciated too. Overall we enjoyed our holiday.

This really is a great cottage, if you like the countryside, country pubs, nice villages, etc. The accommodation is excellent too, with 3 good size bedrooms all with private facilities. The lounge and kitchen area are spacious and comfortable. The conservatory and back garden are great places to chill out. We even played tennis on the court attached to the properties, maybe not up to Wimbledon standards but fun anyway! All round a great find and we will be returning i am sure.

The cottage was superb, nicely presented and well equipped, lovely welcome hamper with local produce, the location is beautiful and rural. A short drive to the Manor Inn for lovely food. The tennis court (racquets and balls free to use) a bonus. The cottage garden was a sun trap and great for a drink in the evening. The owners whom live on site were lovely and very helpful when our vehicle broke down, towing the van back and allowing us a late checkout as we had to return home on a recovery vehicle. We are planning to return next year with our son and his family. Highly recommended.
