Absolutely stunning location the listing photos truly don't do those views justice! Jo and Gareth really go out of their way to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Great base to explore the area with the lodges tucked away in a quiet location but still have the advantage of nearby Llandrindod Wells for supermarket and local shops.

A lovely place to have a break away with amazing views that has the wow factor! the lodge is modern, spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay.Friendly hosts Gareth and Jo were attentive without being intrusive. The hot tub was that little bit of luxury which we made good use off.

Truly breathtaking! We had the most wonderfully relaxing time at sweet meadow lodge. The lodge itself has absolutley everything you could ever need and is done to such a high spec. However, the views are some of the best I have seen (photos do not do it justice) and are made even better when sitting in the huge hot tub! Jo and Gareth were brilliant hosts who were there if we needed anything but also left us to our own devices. Although in the middle of nowhere, there is a little town with a huge Tesco and Aldi to stock up! I would 100% reccomend this lodge and wish Jo and Gareth the best of luck with their exciting new venture!! Xx

We had a fantastic stay at Sweet Meadow Lodge last week. The lodge has been finished to an impeccable standard and had every thing we could need. The location was perfect for what we wanted (peace and quiet). The hosts Jo and Gareth could not do enough for you and were so helpful.

If you are looking for peace and tranquility this is the place. My partner and I recently stayed at Sweet Meadow and it was perfect- just the break we needed. We received such a lovely warm welcome by the owners and instantly knew we’d picked the right place to just chill for the weekend. All around all that can be seen is green fields, great for walks and a run like we did. But just a 10 minute drive or so is the small town with all the amenities you could possibly need. The lodge itself is decorated to a supremely high standard and made the stay that little bit more perfect. Whilst we used it a few times during our stay, sitting in the hot tub watching the night sky and all it’s stars topped it off. It’s a great facility to have in the property which is checked every day by the owners to ensure it’s in full working order and clean. I would and have already recommended this place to people I know!

We loved our week at the lodge despite the 'mixed weather. Managed to use both the hot tub and the wood burner ! Jo and Gareth were so friendly, charming and helpful and you would never know they were new to this venture. The view was to die for and the cottage had everything we needed and more. The peace and quiet whilst out on the decking was a delight both day and night. Having stayed at numerous cottages over the years we would thoroughly recommend this one and would love to return (hopefully to experience kinder weather). The Welsh cakes were a lovely touch and we wish Jo and Gareth every success with their fantastic cottages.
