Located in the quiet and leafy ’Avenues Area’ of Hull, this delightful little cottage is only a short walk to numerous cafés, wine bars, restaurants and shops. Just 1.3 miles from Hull New Theatre, 1.6 miles from Hull Arena and just under a mile from Hull Royal Infirmary. For those that want to visit the KCOM Stadium it is 0.7 miles away. Hull offers a huge selection of shops, a pretty marina where you can have refreshments and watch the boats go by, and an enchanting ’old town.’ ’The Deep’ sub sea Aquarium is just 10 minutes’ drive away. Head out to the coast with Withernsea, Hornsea and Bridlington all less than an hour by car. Spurn Point nature reserve is a popular destination, as is the unspoilt beach at Fraisethorpe: a favourite with our dogs! Beverley with its quaint boutique shops and racecourse is a 20-minute drive.
