Great holiday with the girls and granny. Good location. I think has recently been painted and had a brand new cooking range. Enjoyed our walks back from the beach.

This is the second time we have stayed at this cottage and is very homely and family friendly place to stay. Close to all the local amenities and excellent base for exploring Norfolk. The cottage is very spacious and provides all what you would need from a cottage.

Large, warm detached cottage about a 5 minute drive or 20 minutes walk from Cromer town centre. We found having 2 parking spaces very useful as we are a large family. The walk back from town was a bit too far for our youngest son as it was all uphill. Rooms were spacious and furnished well, cottage is in need of redecorating and a deep clean of the oven and bathrooms. The duvets in the twin bedroom were really thin, we stayed in October and had to put coats on our sons' beds. We had a few issues with damaged things which needed replacing which were rectified by the landlord. The shower in the ensuite leaks into the bedroom as it needs resealing. If you were a party with more than 2 adults it would be a bit awkward as the only shower is in the ensuite. It is a shame because it has potential to be a really lovely holiday let, just needs a bit of care and attention, we wouldn't stay here again.

A perfect haven. We walked through the door and felt at home. Everything that we needed was to hand. We were there in a warm week in October, but it would be equally great in a hot summer or a cold winter as a great base to explore Norfolk. It is walking distance to the town (but it's up hill on the way back), so probably best for guests with a car.

Lovely cottage just a few minor things that would make it go to a 10 out of 10. Shower head attached to the bath in the main bathroom. Working lamps in all the bedroom plus a mirror in the twin room and clarification of the second parking space. However having said all that it was a lovely stay in a nice home and the accommodation suited all three generations of our family. Thank you

We had a lovely holiday at the Farmhouse (myself and 3 friends). The cottage is spacious and well equipped, few minor areas for improvement but overall very good. Great location for exploring the costal areas around Cromer and many pretty villages.

The complex has various cottages within this courtyard area. The Farmhouse was towards the back, so not much road noise. The cottage was well furnished and equipped and it was on the whole clean and tidy. We did however have an Ant problem for the last couple of days of our stay and we believe that this was not the first time. this happened . We did contact the caretaker to let him know so he could deal with it on his cleaning visit. We also felt that the outside could do with some TLC, a fence panel was down in the small back garden and there were loads of weeds growing through the gravel at the front. The climber near the front door also needs cutting back as it starts to block part of the entry overhead, we had to duck to get in.
