Me ans my wife booked our first holiday to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. The Den was fab, had everything we needed and in a fantastic location. Upon arrival we were greeted with prosecco and homemade brownies, which provided a warm and welcoming feel. Although it is on the family farm, the farm activity was not intrusive or disturbed us in anyway. We left relaxed and rested and will be booking again.

This is a beautiful cottage overlooking fields with a view to the nearby hills. It is fully equipped with everything you require. It has a lovely sunny dining area which we sat in quite a lot. The garden area was superb for our dogs as it was fully enclosed and we didn’t have to worry about them when they were out. The hot tub was a treat and we made full use of it. Overall the Den is a superb place to holiday with the comforts of home. We hope to return some time.

Had a wonderful time at this cottage. The owners were really helpful, especially with the difficult weather conditions we have had this week. Cleared the lane of snow for us provided extra logs and were concerned for our welfare

The location was perfect for our needs. To access the local amenities you will need a car, the nearest Public House is Culross, its a good walk to it or a 5 minute drive. As the nights set in early it would be very dark to walk back and the roads are a bit narrow. The nearest shops we found were about 8 miles away.
