Such a cosy place, not modern in your face place. A beautiful combination of old time rustic and everything you need. The burning peat was the best, the smell took me back to Ireland. Peaceful and a wonderful cafe in St Cyrus with cheesecake to positively die for! Beautiful people manage it too! An abundance of places to visit, would recommend Peel Farm for produce, cafe and gifts. Everything was super cosy and super interesting. A wonderful week!

I have now booked the cottage six times and it has become like a second home to me, it is always clean and well presented on my arrival. I always prefer quieter places and the cottage suits me well in that respect. The garden is very private and I enjoy sitting outside as there is a nice view over the adjacent fields. The village has a shop and pub, which serves meals and Montrose is only five miles away and provides a variety of supermarkets and other shops as well as night life if desired. There is a beautiful beach at St Cyrus and I always enjoy walking there.

I would not recommend this property. It is poorly maintained and not sufficiently well cleaned.

We keep returning to this cottage because it feels like our 2nd home. We love the natural garden which is a haven for wildlife, and the cottage itself has everything we need and is in the perfect location to relax and unwind, within a short distance of the most glorious coastline and nature reserve. Our dogs love it too.

The cottage was very cosy. The beach a 10min drive but well worth it. Lovely cottage if you are just wanting to relax and take a step back in time. Brought back a lot of memories. Xx
