Fabulous place. However it takes ages to get from A to B. Roads very narrow. Local pub very over priced.

Quiet location, very pretty valley with two good pubs on the doorstep. Access via a B road can be tricky, good walks in lovely countryside. Cottage adequate but getting tired, signs of cobwebs so perhaps housekeeping needs addressing. Still had a good time and nice break.

The Coach House provides very comfortable, clean accommodation in a quiet location with a beautiful view. It has easy parking and everything we needed was provided. The village has two hotels where you can eat out. The only disadvantages are most of the roads to it are narrow county lanes with the nearest town at Chirk 11 miles away along a B road and there is no mobile signal in the valley where it is located. If you are looking for a quiet getaway in beautiful surroundings or a walking holiday it is the perfect place to stay.
