My wife and I chose Coach House for our respite break. The approach road to the house was a bit of a challenge but was easier after a few tries. It was in a quiet location and had all the facilities you would expect. One small problem was the oven door which would not close. Everything else was to our liking.

Lovely peaceful and comfortable cottage, set among the most beautiful countryside, numerous walks right from the door, arts centre, coffee shop and well stocked store within 5 minute walking distance - all excellent!!

The Coach House is well located for country walks and for the Train should you like to go further afield. The local Birnam Inn serves good food or you can walk to Dunkeld at the other side of the river Tay which has plenty of places to eat and drink. The cottage has all the facilities you need however the decor may not be to everyone's liking and a few areas could do with a lick of paint. There is a small garden outside the conservatory which has frequent visits by red squirrels and local bird life. The main point of contention is the access via a private road which has a considerable number of ruts and holes as well as a 350 degree hairpin which can only be performed with a minimum 3 point turn unless you are coming on a motorbike.
