The cottage provides romantic holiday accommodation and offers a wonderful home from which to walk direct from the door, with links along the Dales Way between Grassington and Kettlewell. For those who like climbing, Kilnsey Crag is at hand, and offers some of the most challenging climbs in the area. Alternatively, Grassington is approximately 4 miles, and has a wide variety of country shops, tea rooms, pubs and restaurants. In summer, you can enjoy Grassington Festival, which attracts well-known celebrities, and during winter it offers the Dickensian Festival. Shop 3 miles, pub serving food 300 yards.

The location and people's are spot on ,and lovely pub down the road. And trout farm opposite as well, and shop by car about 5 to 10 minutes, it over look from the chapel windows , lovely pub and welcoming ,food lovely . but pricey but can't complain you pay for what you get. the place are very disappointed we stay in . the cleanest is very poor and need a major make over to bring back the standard, and it looking very tired . Compare 3 year ago . As the new owners, move in. Not met them , it would be nice to show their faces and welcoming to us and for the other's too for whoms .to stay there,or on passing i think very rude say the least,(Pay highter price £) ,but expected to be cleaner. And the cooker too. From cob Webb's to dust. no welcome pack, no toiletries in the bathroom. Like they used to do, what can one say . It a real shame and it a let down . Love go back unless they improve on that side of thing. And theirs reveiws in the future. as commented what the place has to offer. Then we would.( Could do open wet room, and new bolier updated.( To the owñer as a idea's?) Need to be improvised all around for make them come back and stay. And make it work!!!, for the good memories and good time as we and everybody had not going home disappointed,

A lovely location, down stairs very small, cold floors, take slippers. Great secure garden leading straight on to dales. Great for dog. Great pub just 2 mins walk.

Fantastic location of property with hillside views. Cottage was lovely and quaint with character features and beautiful enclosed garden, perfect for dogs. The main surfaces in the cottage were clean (bathrooms, kitchen worktops, etc), however, cleanliness lacked in other areas. We had to have a good vacuum around upon arrival. Also disappointing that due to the size of the hot water tank we were unable to have a full bath of hot water. Would be helpful to have some sort of barrier on the stairs to stop dogs going upstairs.
