Had a fantastic week in this part of Scotland. Loads of things to do in the surrounding areas. Although the carriage is quite close to the A75, we were not disturbed by the noise of the traffic. The owners were the most amazing hosts and nothing was too much trouble Would certainly recommend the carriage to family and friends

1 of the dogs chased the owners cat, very young dog had just spent over 2 hours in car, we had just arrived. Dogs are well trained/behaved, but no 2nd chances.Result was dogs had to be kept on the lead when outside, which meant we did not utilise the outside space. Spoilt the holiday. However, it is a nice place for a holiday.

Absolutely loved it, quirky but everything needed was there. Spent a lovely Christmas there. Would go back again

Fab place to stay and close to lots of attractions. The carriage was great and we would love to go back but in the summer as when we went it was very very cold, the windows were always wet inside with condensation so that is why I have put 9 for comfort and equipment.
