These beautifully renovated detached Welsh barns, Ty Llo (ref W43266) and Coal House (ref W43267), stand a few yards apart, and a small terraced row of three (300 yards from the barns), comprising Wyth-y-Nant (ref W42214) and Hawton (ref W41830), both end terraced properties, and Coeden Afal (ref W41764), the mid terraced property, are all situated on Carmarthen Bay in the coastal setting between Ferryside and Kidwelly. Tastefully decorated throughout, each bursts with character including original stone walls and beams. Close to the historic castle at Kidwelly and just a short drive to Carmarthen. Beaches at Ferryside, Pembrey and Llanstephan are all within easy driving distance. Enjoy a day at Fos Las racecourse, only a 15-minute drive. The holiday cottages provide an ideal location from which to enjoy the sandy beaches of Pembrokeshire and the Gower, the latter renowned for being Britain’s first AONB. Spend your days exploring the historic town of Laugharne, famously known for the iconic boathouse of Welsh poet Dylan Thomas, and visit the castle and traditional Welsh pubs where fresh fish is always on the menu. Don’t miss a visit to the National Botanical Garden of Wales and Aberglasney Gardens. Golf, riding, fishing and water sports nearby. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 0.75 miles.

A beautiful cottage with a comfortable, homely feel. Helpful having the little extras like the washing machine, clothes driers, access to the laundry etc. Really, clean, the only down fall in this area was we would have liked to make use of the outdoor furniture however due to not being covered it had become damp and dirty although this didn't put a dampener on our week away. The boiler is a little noisy which disturbed the dog quite a bit however again - not a dampener on the week. PERFECT location - 5 minute walk from the beach and we visited lots of attractions - all under an hours drive away. There's a shop on the nearby campsite but other than this the closest shop is Kidwelly (3m drive) Overall we had an AMAZING time!!!

Fantastic base to explore Carmarthenshire and other areas. Photographs on the Webster do not do justice to the cottage, it is bigger than it appears. The owners were very attentive to our needs and responded to requests quickly. The only thing we would change is a slightly bigger fridge and the door shelves were not in, so our milked leaked constantly. There are a lot of flies due to the position of the cottage. A fly swatter is required!!!

Wonderful cottage in a coastal location. We went to Pembrey Country Park, Pembroke Castle and Fresh Water West to name a few. House and hot tub very clean. A little bit far out for amenities, but this is not an issue if you want somewhere which feels like the end of the line. Children slept really well, comfortable beds and plenty of fresh air to tire them out!
