Though not the smartest apartment you will ever see Sky Lark is comfortable ( new mattresses ) and in a great location. The view from the large front windows up and down Cromer beach has to be the best. Although there's no central heating the convector heaters provided did a great job of keeping the apartment warm and even in November the Electric meter was not that greedy. Alan, the owner, even helped me carry our stuff up to this third floor flat. He is always very friendly and helpful. Being really close to town is another bonus. We have stayed here twice now and definitely will return.

Stunning location with amazing views, but the flat was very damp with sash windows that need attention as don’t fully close and had to stuff gaps with toilet roll to stop the icy cold breeze, one even dropped down overnight and woke up to a freezing gale blowing into the flat. The doors are thin internal doors so I didn’t feel secure locking up at night and the beds were very uncomfortable, but it wouldn’t take much to fix the tired decor and scrub the grime in the kitchen. It could be ‘stunning’ as watching the changing sea was a thorough pleasure

At first sight the apartment block looked run down and neglected and this continued when we went into the entrance and up the stairs. We were Surprised by the space and tall ceilings but for the price we paid I did expect something that was in a better decorative order and not faded, tired, ripped dining room chairs and al in all in desperate need of some tlc. Having said that the apartment was spotlessly clean. The location was excellent and the views from the windows were hard to beat.

Great location, with fantastic views, but the apartment was fusty smelling and needed decorating and updating. Windows didn't close properly, so it very drafty! Microwave was rusty inside and needs replacing
