We had a wonderful holiday on the Isle of Raasay. Suisnish House was extremely spacious inside and outside, the grounds were huge. The comfort of the house was really good, warm but with exception to one uncomfortable small double bed in one room. The house was clean and tidy. The house was provided with so much equipment it was excellent for those little things you forgot to pack. My only criticisms would be that the house is very dated, door handles falling off kitchen cupboards and both front and back door handles were loose or off completely plus the cooker took forever to cook a large family meal. There was a lovely little shop around the corner which provided most of what you would need. The owners of Suisnish house were extremely helpful with all enquiries we had and tried to help where they could. I would certainly recommend staying at Suisnish house, we had a very comfortable and amazing holiday and would definitely stay again.

The house was excellent for a large group with children. We had 9 active children who loved the games room and the possibility of running around the house if not able to go outside because of midges. The view from the house was amazing and we loved the direct access to a beach area. The only downside was the showers. The 2 showers in 2 of the bedrooms had a very poor water supply so 14 of us were using the main bathroom shower, accessed from a bath. The local shop was excellent, very well stocked and good vegetables grown in the wonderful community garden.
