Hill walking, river and loch fishing (permits available from the estate office), and an abundance of wildlife help to add to the enjoyment of this ’Brigadoon’ type glen. Inverness, the capital of the Highlands, is just 30 miles away, and Glacour Studio is ideally placed for touring the North West Highlands. If you want to get away from mobile signals, Wi-Fi, on demand TV and people. And you like deer on your doorstep, Eagles, Bats, Yellowhammers and above all peace and tranquillity then stay here! If you don’t yearn for any of the aforementioned delights then I recommend you don’t bother, you’ll hate it.
