It is set within the rural crofting township of Upper Edinbane and has views over Loch Greshornish and the open countryside. This peaceful and tranquil place offers a true ’get away from it all’ experience, whether you go out exploring or just enjoy the comfort of Springbank. Edinbane is only a 15-minute drive from Portree, the Island’s capital, where you will find a variety of shops. The Fingal Centre which has a swimming pool, climbing wall and a gym as well as the Skye Candle Centre which hosts a cinema, and various music events are well worth a visit. There are also boat trips from the harbour. Dunvegan is only a short drive away where you will find Dunvegan Castle, home to the Clan MacLeod, coral beaches and the Giant Angus MacAskill Museum. The island has a range of activities for you to enjoy including, the Talisker Distillery, the Skye Museum of Island Life and Neist Point Lighthouse.
