Great location outdoor furniture needs sorting. Small points - could use a mat in bathroom, surprised no spare toilet rolls and the hoover filter needs cleaning as it smells horrid.

A lovely rural woodland retreat. Very comfortable, light and airy, with a spacious deck. The South Downs and the coast are within easy reach, but you definitely need a car. There are good local bridle paths for dog-walking and we really enjoyed watching the birds coming down to the deck for crumbs.
