The bungalow is wheelchair accessible and that is were it ends. To get to the bungalow is a large area of gravel, which you have to manage to navigate to the stone area. The green is not accessible again due to the gravel. Toilet at right height, but no space to transfer from wheelchair to tiolet due to position of the grab rail. Shower not accessible due to the height of the shower stool, would be more beneficial if the had a pull down seat, this would enable you to transfer from your chair to the stool. We took an assistance dog, we were told that it was fine, despite the info stating no dogs. We were told in a nice but firm way that NO DOGS ARE ALLOWED but in our case they will allow my assistance dog, it made us feel unwelcome and we left after three days. Be advise that they supply bed linen but not towels. Disputed it being wheelchair accessible, the sofa was to low for me to seat in. Not a Great stay, pity as there are not many wheelchair accessible holiday lets!!!!!!

I am a totally independent wheelchair user and therefore the set up in the bathroom did not meet my needs, as I am unable to stand, a side transfer onto the toilet was not possible because there was only one drop down grab rail, there also needs to be a fixed shower seat onto the wall with arm rests so that a transfer from wheelchair is possible.I also think there needs to be a slope down onto a paved area that takes you over the gravel to the grass seating area again the a slope onto the grass. The rust falling off the equipment in the bathroom is not so hygienic either, and my husband had to move the bedroom mirror off the wall so that I could see into it. stating that this is a wheelchair friendly property, needs to be viewed and accepted with an open mind and be grateful of your able bodied companion.
