Great location. Internal of property needs improving, lacks warmth and character, and bathrooms dated. Welcome pack stingy, and very little information about local area, maps etc.

The cottage was a wonderful place, clean and inviting. A lot of space for a family and children. We were right on the beach, and the children enjoyed the surrounding area, they enjoyed the walks and the sights and being able to see rabbits on the hilltop. It’s only 20 minutes away from Cromer where there is a lot to do, like enjoying the beach, the pier, the attractions and the shops. It was wonderful being able to come back from a busy seaside village, to the quite of mundesly. We will definitely be back and really enjoyed our stay
