The reason why I have stated that I would not book this again, is because of the long walk from the car park to the property. If we had been told this in the advert, would have had second thoughts in booking. Pathway from gate to bungalow in urgent need of repair, this is dangerous, could have nasty results. Would also suggest that owner check electric bulbs in bedrooms and bathroom, these were not illuminating and appeared to have blown.Too high to replace and obviously not been checked prior to us moving in

My review of silver birches is the local amenities are really lovely the quality is not the toilet Handel was broken it hurt your hand every time you had to flush often more than once, there were lots of lady bugs in the bedrooms, and the decking was green and we often slipped on it, to give Jill the owner her do she did tell us about what I’m complaining about but only when we arrived, so it was to late to do anything but stay no where else to go but back home , it was very very damp , the double bed was very hard to sleep too, and as we were the first in it smelt damp even though Jill said she had the heaters that morning we arrived at 2pm ,the property was clean and I left it as I found it.
