Just a short drive away lies Cowes, famous for its sailing heritage and lined with independent shops, cafés and waterfront eateries. Visitors can explore maritime museums, wander along the promenade or take a ferry across to East Cowes to visit the iconic Osborne House, once the beloved holiday residence of Queen Victoria.
