Seton is named after a previous owner, and now has been lovingly renovated into a luxurious self-catering apartment which is tastefully appointed and stylishly designed in a Scandinavian Hygge style. Set in the grounds of Barra Castle, this heart-warming 16th century historic lodge offers the perfect place for romantic escapism or to rest after a long day of enjoying all that the north east has to offer you, including world famous golf courses, whisky distilleries, breath-taking scenery and coastline. Return to the lodge for a night of peace and tranquillity or catch up with your favourite box set with Wi-Fi connectivity and Freeview TV. The well-equipped kitchenette allows our guests to make a home cooked meal, although the local village of Oldmeldrum is just less than a 5-minute drive, and nearby market town of Inverurie, 3 miles, both offer great dining options. Only 11 miles distant is the famous Seal Beach at Newburgh and the chance to spot some of the many seals is sure to delight everyone.
