Situated in a holiday village within a wooded valley with shared use of tennis courts and a fishing lake on site.

All on ground floor: Living room with French doors/dining room/kitchen. 1 double bedroom with French doors. Shower room with toilet.

NSH and electricity included (£10per week October-May). Bed linen and towels included. Travel cot. High chair. Freeview TV. DVD. CD. Electric cooker. Microwave. Washing machine. Fridge/freezer. Wi-Fi available at £9per week per device, £15per week for 3 devices. Garden with patio and furniture. Parking (2 cars). Shared tennis courts. No smoking. NB: Unfenced stream in garden.

This detached bungalow has been furnished to provide a comfortable holiday home with easy walking access in a rural location. Set on the owner’s holiday site, Rosecraddoc Holiday Village, which is situated in a quiet wooded valley, divided by the River Seaton. Places to visit include the many gardens on the south coast, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, Trebah Gardens and the Eden Project. On the north coast are the villages of Boscastle, Port Isaac and Padstow. Guests have the use of on-site tennis court, and fishing lake (licence required at cost). Horse riding nearby. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 200 yards.

    Beautiful surroundings, spacious bungalow, very good value for money. Only drawback was that the bed was very uncomfortable, bed dipped in the middle. Would have been nice to have had a good nights sleep
