Lovely house right in the centre of Sheringham. Really well situated for all amenities - restaurants, shops, bars and the great attraction - the lovely steam train. Goes between Sheringham and Holt. So much to do in this part of the North Norfolk Coast. We had a great week and would happily do it again.

although we had a lovely holiday and there was ample space in the flat I did not realize it was a flat and that there was a flight of stairs to reach the living accommodation as well as steep stairs to the bedrooms. I think this should be made more clear in the description. The outside area was ok for hanging washing but wouldn't use it for dining outside because you would have to carry everything up and down stairs. The lady in the flat was very understanding and helpful and if it wasn't for the stairs we would use again.

Lovely spacious flat in very central location. We were only 2 minutes walk from high street and 5 mins from beach. Very comfy beds and great to have decent TVs to keep kids happy. Sheringham is also very convenient to get to lots of other places in Norfolk. The Train station in sheringham has direct trains to Norwich. Real bonus having off street parking as roads can get busy in summer months. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay again.

Didn't realise on booking that to reach the garden we had to go out of the front door and round past the flat below's garden. Didn't realise also on booking that there was a resident in the flat below so our accommodation was all on the first and second floor, probably we didn't read the details properly but think it needs to be made clearer. A new washing line would be nice as current one a bit 'deformed'! Having said all this, the cottage was lovely, very comfy, extremely comfy beds, very bright and clean and very well appointed with quality fittings etc. We would definitely like to stay there again. The lady in the ground floor flat was lovely and very friendly.

Excellent property, spacious and well equipped. Nice garden well protected from any wind. Access to local shops, restaurants and pubs. Overall a relaxing 'home from home'!
